What counts as a working day?

What if the start date is a Saturday or Sunday?
When counting from a weekend day, the first working day counted is the following Monday. Adjust your start date to a weekday for maximum precision.
Can I count working days across multiple years?

What is the difference between working days and calendar days?
Calendar days count every day including weekends. Working days count only Monday through Friday. A two-week span of 14 calendar days contains exactly 10 working days if it starts on a Monday.

Yes, as a starting point. Many legal notice periods are defined in working days. However, always verify whether public holidays in your jurisdiction also count toward the period.
